| Registration Limitations:
This race is limited to 150 bikes, whether through relay or individual participants. We can only accomadate room for 150 bikes on the current racks that we have available to us. We hope to be able to increase this number in future races, but as of now, we can't. Don't wait too long to register, as this event will fill up fast!
How to register:
We do not have online registration available. Registration forms can be downloaded here and printed from this site, then mailed or hand delivered to the following address:

Deadlines:
Early registration deadline is August 13, 2010
There will be NO race day registration. The last day to register for the race will be at the packet pick-up on Thursday, September 2, 2010 from 5:00 - 7:00 pm.
If you are registered by August 13 you are guaranteed a shirt for the race, otherwise shirts will be distributed on a first come first serve basis until all shirts have been issued. No second order will be made for the shirts!
Entry Fees:
Individuals - Early Registration (by Aug. 13) - $35.00,
Late Registration- (received August 13 through Sept. 2) - $45.00
Relay Teams - Early Registration (By Aug. 13) - $70.00
Late Registration - (received August 13 - Sept. 2) - $90.00
* There is a $5.00 discount for Tarpon Swim team members (If participating on a relay it is per swim team member)
Packet Pick-up:
Early packet pick up will be Thursday, Sept. 2, 2010 from 5:00 - 7:00 pm at the Bayou Black Recreation Center. Race day pick up will be from 6:00 am - 7:00 am.
Cancellation policy:
The race will occur rain or shine, unless the race director deems the conditions unsafe for the participants. The start time of the race may change based on weather that day. If the race is canceled there is no refund, as the proceeds of the race benefit a non-profit organization.
